I am extremely grateful to Swami Saradanandaji for her teachings about Mudras. I started incorporating Mudras in my Yoga classes and the results are wonderful with the clients. Swamiji explained the small details also in a perfect way where a layman can also understand. If anyone has a chance to learn from Swamiji, please don't miss it. During the course Swami Ji introduced techniques to make us more aware of our hands, fingers and thumbs and how to keep them supple and healthy ready for mudras. She insightfully introduced many mudras and the reasons and benefits for using them. Now I have a sequence that I use for my meditation practice, if they were not there I would feel deeply that something was missing. This course is a great opportunity to get to know the hand mudras in an effortless and yet profound way. The correspondng homework gives a chance to get familiar with them and experience the promised effects for yourself, leaving you with a great set of mudras. - Mangala-Nicky Zammit, yoga teacher and trainer Kathmandu
The Mudras for Modern life course was an enriching and informative journey. It provided me with a strong foundation in mudra practice, explored their multifaceted applications, and equipped me with practical tools to integrate them into my yoga classes. Swami Saradananda is a very knowledgeable teacher. Her teachings are clear and practical. I particularly love the practice diaries she sends after each class. Those diaries support and motivate me to practise on daily basis. I highly recommend this course to any yoga teacher or serious practitioner seeking to expand their knowledge and empower students to explore the subtle, yet potent world of mudras.
- Alena, Yoga teacher, London
In all the meditation training I’ve undertaken, it just didn't make sense to have no specific instruction to the placement of hands and fingers 'except relax your hands on your lap and clasp your fingers'. Your training has been the 'missing piece' I needed. I now feel I have more knowledge and experience to include Mudras in my life and I'm going to enjoy continuing to learn and practice. - Margaret, massage therapist and healthcare administrator, Lancaster
